Terms & Conditions
Breakfast
A scrumptious, full cooked English
breakfast, which is included in the tariff quoted, is served
between 08:00 and 09:00 with freshly prepared fruit (SQ),
yoghurts, cheese platter, juice, toast, tea /coffee. If known
before the time, we always look after vegetarians.
Arrival
Rooms are available from 14:00pm,
but we will accommodate you by special arrangement if arriving
earlier. Arrivals later than 17:00pm need to be arranged with
Management before arrival date.
Departures
Checkout is by 10:00 am, unless by special
arrangement.
Deposits
For one night booking, 100% deposit will secure a
reservation.
With reservations for more than one night a 50%
deposit is required.
Minimum stay policy
During the High Season (15 Dec - 10
Jan) only bookings of 5 days or more will be accepted.
Cancellations
In the event of notification of cancellation, the
following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

More than 30 days prior to arrival : 25%

More than 7 days prior to arrival : 50%
cancellation fee

Less than 7 days prior to arrival : 100%
cancellation fee

Lyngenfjord House levies a 10% administration
fee on any refunds processed.
In the event of a premature departure, we may
charge for the full stay as booked and charged. Receipt of a
deposit assumes unconditional agreement of these terms. In the
case of Tour Operators and Travel Agents, written confirmation
assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
